AP/PGEP Strategy Vanuatu: Multi-Certification Platform for growers across the Pacific

Defining strategy can be a tough gig, especially when it brings with it much self reflection in terms of ones own contributions to the company, and they are not necessarily all glowing reviews.

However, my role here at AP does definately bring its perks for a passionate "wanna be" economist as we within AP and our partners in the Pacific Growers Export Partnership engage in a global first.  Designing and implementing a Multi-Certification Platform including Fair Trade, Organic, and Sustainability, as a low cost service to cocoa growers in the Pacific Region.

Over 5  years in learning, sharing and planning....and 90 days away from the first modeling at our next 2011 PGEP Forum to be held in Vanuatu. The modeling is based on our Strategy session in Hobart last year...meet the partners...enjoy...
