Hey Gavin,

Hope you are loving Red Street (Honiara).

Down hear in Pitt Street things are tough in term of cash flow, but, as
always for the ueber-aspirational, so much opportunity.

We have learnt and shared much since we started engaging and so you will
no doubt be aware of my many dysfunctions, fueled by some passion.  As per
our discussions, managing this passion within the business has its
advantages and its costs, with a disproportional burden on the latter.  An epiphany at least 12 years in the making.

The 'living strategy theory' @ AP is at its best and we are
"restructuring".  Miro and I are scaling back in terms of our draw downs, and
also searching for alternative earnings....say know more.  We are
negotiating in terms of balance sheet and creditors and our ability to
service debt in terms of my ASIC responsibilities...

..And then we will grow from there...and I am sure there will be ample
opportunity to exchange invoices as well.

My apologies for the non payment, have to prioritise. Thank you for your grace.

Peace brother...

lukim
